say for instance, a civic pulls up next to u at a light.
"looks" exactly like an si on the exterior..headlights,trunk swap..etc..
u dont kno its an si or not..
would u doubt it was one and check the interior gauge( if red or blue ) or just think it was a regular si?

FEED BACK NEEDED!!!!!!!!

lol. I debated swapping my interior gauges for blue. And it doesn't matter to me if it's an Si or not. I'm always happy to see 8th Gen Civics on the road (Especially GG Sedans.).

Of course you look for the red dash, cause then you can laugh if its blue.

Yes and No respectively

Si has trunk spoiler with light, but same headlights, at least on the FA5's

want to do trunk swap to see if other people will think your an si?
If so forget it rep what you have. Then i could be wrong and your
making this for just assumption, but yeah i would look at gauges
or rear brakes.

i dont think it really matters if it is an si or not, but either way you can tell if it is a regular civic or and si.

To simply answer your question OP......I would check the gauges. Very visible and quick way to check if they are fakin it

for all to kno i am a r18 BUT im not doin the swaps
me and my friend at work were debating the issue
i say i would check the interior gauges
he says no , u would be fooled

yes it does have si badges on it..remember everything on the exterior is the exact match to a si
