Jdm fg?

soo i have seen pics upon pics of jdm 06+ civics i know they only come in 4dr tho...

i also know this is has been asked before somewhere down the road.

i want that front end on a coupe. i know it is possible becuz remember the 5th gen of civics? yeah the coupe and 4dr were completely different.. but some people changed them anyway...

soo basically what would it take to get a jdm front end on a coupe?

hood
bumper
headlights
fenders

rad. support?
metal crush bumper? (behind plastic bumper)

i got a strong back ground n auto body just tryin to find out what everyone else thinks

It hasn't been done yet. I challenge you do to it or stop talking about it

the difference was: 5th, 6th & 7th gen car body lines weren't dramatically different from coupe to sedan

take a look at the fender/door line of the coupe and sedan of 2006+, and you'll see why it hasn't been done.

they don't even remotely line up.

being a honda, it could be done, but it would require a larger amount of fabrication in addition to the expense of the JDM panels and parts.

ive heard someone already tried a long long time ago, but the front end's dimensions of the FG are different than the FA so it wouldn't fit, but if u have alot of money, custom fabrication could possibly make it fit...

Edit : cderalow beat me to it
