help on JDM red emblems!

hi guys, i have been reading the DIY about this but still confused. When i remove the stock rear badge, do i pull or push the white tabs under the trunk? I have been pushing but not that hard. i dont wanan mess things up...

just push it then pull the emblem remember though its got tape on it that your gonna have to clean off

alright i am currently doing the front emblem. do u have any tips on where to pry first? the H or the sides?

I took the grille off, and unscrewed it from the back.

so after 2 or 3 hrs i am finally done, yes i know tats a longgg time even for a noob like myself. however, i found out there my front stock was SCREWED ON, not prongs like the OP's. So yea that took a while to pry, but the holes on the jdm badge matches my grill, so that was weird too...maybe cuz its a coupe?
