well depending on the quality they might be a cheap price if there a really good kit. the site i mentioned has got some good reviews on this forum so thats why im leaning more with them.

E-bay, 66 bucks , from hong kong, different sizes and different brightnesses. had them for a few months now, quick shipping and work great, another guy I know has had them for two years and still work great.

They're all cheap. and made with the same cheap parts. Lifetime warranty because they're cheap and easy to replace. ddmtuning.com

i bought mine from them, but i duno how long it will last and there is a post about how not reliable it is...
oh i bought mine as 6000k (hint of blue), but i dont have hint of blue, just clear bright white.. lol
and it took a while to install mine bcuz when checking out the bulb, it didnt work for quiet a bit
just remember, you get what you paid for
