License plate placement
I was wondering is there a DIY to make your original license plate cover and change the placement of the plates to the corner of the bumper

You cannot use the original license plate mounting to place it on the side of the bumper. Best bet is to get license plate relocator.
The only thing you can do with stock mounting, you can flip it so it will clear the bumper more. Check this out: DIY- Front License Plate Flip W/ Pics |
