How to fix gap on front lip kit

I just noticed that on the right side of my front lip kit there is a tiny gap sticking out. What can I do do fix it? Should I use some type of adhesive or maybe some type of glue to close the opening?

you should be able to get some spacers at your local honda dealership, they go around the screws (like a washer) that hold the HFP lip into the wheel well. I actually need to get some myself, my right side is gapped, too.

the spacers are shown in these installation instructions:

http://www.collegehillshonda.com/ins...odyspoiler.pdf

according to the instructions, they come in both 1 and 2mm varieties. Try sending a PM to
http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/members/6123.html <---that's our college hills honda rep. they should be able to let you know if the spacers are available and how much they would cost.

For that price, you might as well go buy some metal spacers for screws and just use that. Use the leftover money for a 6-pack (or multiple packs) of your favorite drink.

just buy some metal washers about half inch in diameter, maybe a bit smaller. It's does the same thing and you can't see them anyway.
