Accident & Advice Needed (Pics Inside)

well today on my break at school i was eating lunch when someone informed me that someone backed into my car. i then go outside to check and the guy was cool and i understood everything that happened. it also just so happend to be that he was an SFPD off duty =P so i knew he wasnt going to run. here is a pic of my damage:

Now for my questions:

i will most likely be getting a new trunk lid and was wondering if i decided to go spoiler less on my SI will the LX and EX 3rd brake light fit inside the interior of the SI due to our sub? and do they make different trunk lids for the SI for the spoiler or do all come w/o drilled holes for the SI Spoiler? If they do come pre-drilled i assume i have to get the LX or EX Trunk Lid.

i dont know for sure but i would say the third brake light should fit no prob. i mean the ex has the sub and the brake light correct?

the trunk will come without holes. make sure you get a spoiler though outta the insurance and have it painted. who knows maybe you will want it back on there one day, possibly for trade in. or you could just sell it.

thanks, i know the ex has the sub and brake light but im still unsure if the connectors are straight plug in play or do i need an EX harness to connect the 3rd brake light.

and as for the insurance and my spoiler, the stock spoiler is still minty

any more advice or information about the conversion from SI Spoiler 3rd brake light => EX interior 3rd brake light ?

well te ex has the same sound system as the si so im sure the third brake light would fit just fine, and please do not ruin that clean look with any cf.

And do all exs come with subs?
