Where to buy locking nut?

I was installing my short shifter and I accidentally dropped the locking nut for the shift knob down the hole. Does anyone know where I can buy a new one?

I like how it looks and how low it is without the nut, but I don't like the fact that the gear number pattern isn't centered but rather crooked looking. Is it possible to center it without the nut and if so how?

Is it damaging to the knob or the assembly to run without the nut?

Shove some paper under the shift knob

These things are awesome! I got one with a led in the end, anyone who works on cars should have one of these to save time spent head smashing and searching when you could be modding!
