Just seeing that makes me want to go to Europe and get a type R and get it imported back.

the car in that picture is the european type r hatch...pretty much the same specs as the USDM SI....but with a much nicer interior.

The USDM FG2/FA5 Si is a better car IMO and not just because I have one. FD2 is a different story though.

our si is actually better then the euro r. First time ever pretty much, their current Type R is actually a disgrace to the name and even the europeans know it. Their ep3 was a different story however.

Its jus the interior on the car that is of type r quality.

Makes the same power, weighs the same, but has a torsion beam (non-independent) rear suspension. Nothing superior about that.

Agreed. I saw the Euro version on Top Gear and was not impressed at all. Some things were cool, but it looked too egg-like. I am sure there are plenty across the pond that want our coupe.
