Something like number 3 in this picture?

That is the front bumber air spoiler.

Honda Automotive Parts

it should be under the bumper section. Get the p/n and shop around for prices.

I saw a kid with an 08 ex rip his off in a parking lot. So I picked it up as a spare lol.

its not the rubber piece. but the really big black piece. where the clips connect the bumper and the black piece

That link is for an 08 si btw. I dont know if thats the same p/n for your model/trim. And make sure you order any clips you need too. Made that mistake once and had to reorder. I have had great expirences with majestic honda too i would reccomend them. Hope that helped.

Just for refrence for everyone, the number for Honda of america is 937-642-5000 call and ask to be transfered to the service center, ask for the part number for what your missing. If they ask for an associate number tell them your dad works there and you dont know his number, you cant order the part you need but you can find out the part number. Honda is big on associate only perks.
BTW it is called a splash guard when you call them

i need to know something similar....i drove without a front bumper and this black plastic piece that lines the wheels (is all eaten up) and there's a part underneath (not sure if it's all connected and is 1 piece that is connected with the plastic surrounding the wheel) that drags the road that is all black plastic and about the width of the car.......i have no idea if this is even replacable or how i would go about taking it off...I've looked up front bumpers bc i need to get a new one anyway but it doesn't include this thing??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM REALLY SAD
