Cheaply built to be AWESOME!

Other than that, sorry you had a bad experience. Like anything else, mistakes can happen. Believe me, many other car makers are worse. A friend has a Mini and he had it in the shop 45 days last year. . .

He didn't say the pedals, he said the rubber pedal covers, isn't that an accessories? Don't think they'd install it at the assembly line and have it fall off by the time it gets off the truck.

The dealership doesn't put those guys on...

Honda...puts those guys on.

Just like Honda...assembled the dreaded transmission.

But I admit, I'd be screaming happy mother ******* joy joy off the top of every roof if that was the only issue I had with my Civic. Man, the good old days back before reality kicked me swiftly in the ass.

Such a tough fix. Pedal covers are rubber, just stretch them back over the pedal. sheesh!

I have to admit that Honda quality really sucks..look at their bulky leather on the Hondas...for some reason the Japan made ones are nicer...aka CR-V or some of the Acuras (TSX)

also the covering belt plastic piece is loose on my car, i got them to fixed it..but it still coming off wtf lol

Well, small things do happen no matter what. I have yet to own a car that is perfectly built 100%. Humans still have a hand in things and they do make errors. Honda ranks near the top (maybe #7 or something) of the quality lists, so it isn't the worst by far. When you sell many hundreds or thousands of vehicles, there is a high chance that a few didn't pass the grade.
