hey guys im starting a new car project and have sum question i want to cut my hood on my own and i was just wondering if i put grill to cover the hole wouldn't the rain mess up my engine or not if it dose then is there any thing else beside grill to put in the hole some thing like these

wounder where i can just buy the vent at

oh btw i have a 07 civc lx sedan

also what tools would i need to cut it for a fine edge

wouldn't it be easier to just buy a carbon fiber hood?

yeah but thats like 600 bucks this is an low budget project lol

Honestly I would say just save up your money and do it right. Otherwise it will come out looking like crap and probably not fit correctly

ok how bout if i just gut it and put black grill under it would the rain mess up my engine

i saw this s2000 up my street and he did it i thought he bought his but he told me he just cut it if u lift up the hood u already have tha outline set up for you just cut along those and he said the rain is fine but it look a lil risky to me cuz of all tha electrical we got and the intake
