The color si grill looks much better than the chrome

I added a nighthawkblack si grill to my royal blue ex sedan. I think it looks pretty good. In the sunlight you can see the pearl in the black which looks like the royal blue and at certain angles in the sunlight it looks like it matches the car.

hey i have a GG sedan and really wanna get rid of that chrome grill as well. DId u get it from college hills honda? i wanna order the si sedan grill too but dont know if i want a GG or NHBP, thoughts?? and was the area for the si emblem shaved off? and if so, can u tell where it was or was it taken off clean?

Yes, I did get it from collegehills honda. I too went back and forth on color between GG and NHBP but ended up with the black one and love it. I figure if I don't like it, I can paint it to match the car. I had to shave the si emblem bracket off myself. I cut it completely off the first one I got and didn't like the big hole that stood out. Lucky for me that the base grill was defective (didn't have the grey paint on it from the factory) and I exchanged it for one that was proper. So on this one, I shaved off a little more than half the bracket and left a little bit of it on and now it doesn't stand out as much.

^^ i did that when i de badged my si... i cut it flush tho. i only have a couple scratches where my razor blade slipped lol.
