Need a mounting template for Si wing

I have a 2008 Civic EX. I bought a Si truck spoiler wing P/N 71700-SNX-A010-M1 private sale to install but it did not include the template. Does anyone have this template or any ideas? it sure would make the job go faster and most accurate. Thanks, PeteM
