CollegeHillsHonda is........

F'n Great! Just called into order a crap load of miscellaneous parts today and spoke with Kel. After trying to navigate their new parts site, which is kinda lame... (This is not the fault of CollegeHillsHonda, but the company who hosts their site) Kel assissted me in making sure I got all the right parts I was looking for. He took 45min out of his day to make sure I was taken care of. HATS OFF TO YOU KEL! Thanks for great customer service CollegeHillsHonda!

Anyone looking for OEM replacement parts let these guys take care of it!

+ 1, bought a set of 18 HFP for $768 as a customer returned a unused one =)
Both Kel and Nat spent over 30 mins with me discussing shipping options to Canada and getting the best value for my money.

+ 1 customer service /price

So what's the deal with College Hills Honda? I've been to their site several times. Are they just a very popular Honda dealership?

They are a dealership based out of Ohio. They have a website you can buy parts and accessories for your Honda.

I've found their prices to be very competitive and they have good customer service. Other people on this board will vouch for this. I've dealt with Kel. Very professional.

Ordered stuff from them last night.

Back and Forth Forever
Paul, Kel, and the whole Parts team at College Hills Honda are great. Their parts Web site is a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's cake.

The guys are super helpful, and I know a lot of members have a handful of stories about excellent customer support. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help, even for seemingly silly requests. I think it's because they are as eager to learn as much as they can about our cars as we are.

Check out the site and all the extras these guys put together.

Paul is awesome! They sent me a wrong rear underbody spoiler, best customer service I didn't even have to talk. They read my mind by sending me another one by tomorrow! All I have to do is wait until I receive it and return the old one from the previous box.
I give College Hills Honda a 11/10 Stars!
