Question about Type R Rear bumper

I'm curious about the Type R products from the following sites.

King Motorsports Unlimited, Inc. - ShowStoppersUSA :: Award Winning Cars - Battle Endless Performance

Such as the bumper and side skirts. Are they direct bolt ons? Or would you have to do a rear conversion for the bumper to be properly installed? Sorry for the noob questions

the JDM type R rear bumper fits on USDM & CDM sedans

does not fit on coupe.

the "rear" conversion pertains more to the taillights and trunk lid, as the bumpers only have very subtle differences when making the standard JDM swap. the Type R is a quite a bit different, but still bolts up the same.

Would I be able to fit the Type R wing on a USDM sedan without changing anything else?

I'm pretty sure you can. But lets say you have an Si sedan. When you take off the stock spoiler, it'll have about 8 - 10 holes. Your options are either you filling them up or you can just buy an LX trunk lid.
