Sounds like they might have tucked the seals on the bottom and the lower one is stuck.
Take it back to them. Otherwise, you could just take the door panel off, flip the seal back up, and put the door panel back on. |

Yes, there are two seals. The bottom one cannot be pulled back up very easily without removing the door panel.
LOL. The window is thicker. Window tint is typically 1 mil to 1.5 mils (thousandth of an inch). |

^correct, i just got my windows tinted last week and i noticed the squeaking. Then i carefully looked and there was another seal not flipped up. So I grabbed a wire coat hanger and wrapped it in tape and pulled it back up. Problem solved

I simply pulled the top portion of my door panels out by hand, properly positioned the seals and put it back in. Putting it back together wasn't too bad once I found the trick of pushing up and in at the same time.
