si spoiler?

I have a NHBP civic LX coupe with si wheels. I want to get the si spoiler, but I'm not sure how it would look with the lip spoiler already attached to it. I don't think I would remove the lip spoiler because it may end up ruining the trunk and also because of the high cost. Do you think it would look good with the si spoiler and lip spoiler, or just forget about the si spoiler?

you should try and see if you can get an si owner to swap trunks with you.

I don't think the Si spoiler looks good when there's a lip attached to it. Like jrMartinez24 said, it would be best to just trade someone who has an Si spoiler.

I'm doing the same for my birthday at the end of this month, the lip removal would be so much of an assache and costly to remove and fix the holes, so i'm leaving the lip on. I think it looks good to be honest. Do want you want to your car to please you, not to please other people.

I know someone who did the swap. Forgot to say that you will have to open the trunk from inside the car afterwards if you do trade.

I personally think it's not the double spoilers that bother me anymore. It's the double brake lights you'll have if you install the Si spoiler. I say get someone to switch trunks and rear decks.

Double 3rd brake lights just look awkward, especially if the one in-cabin is powered by regular bulbs and the Si spoiler has LEDs in it.

You can always just unplug the rear window brake light and just have the spoiler one. For me, i'm gonna leave both because in my town, the more brake lights, the better.

i was thinking about doing the same thing with my nhbp ex coupe
i havent tried taking the lip off yet but im sure you could just fill in the holes with something and the spoiler would cover it.

People in California would shoot you for having two spoilers on your ride.

No, the holes are further back for the lip spoiler and don't align with where the SI spoiler is, not to mention the si spoiler only has three mounting spots so you'd still see the holes clearly unless you bondoed/repainted them.

EDIT: Three mounting points

That's three mounting points.
