sub trouble

hey everyone i have a problem i a have a polk audio 10 inch sub in a prefab box. the thing is there has been a rattle of some kind from the sub. the dealer says that it is because the internal wiring inside the box is hitting the speaker cone or something like that. has anyone ever had this problem. if you did how did you fix it. i already had it looked at before and it ran well for about 2 weeks then it returned.
