Power Door Locks/radio

I have a 2007 Civic Si Sedan, with an after market radio. I was putting a new cd player in earlier today and the 12v constant wire/memory wire had no voltage.. So i just took the easy way out for the moment and hooked up to the red accesory wire/ignition. Just for short term. I checked the radio fuse but i wasnt sure if that would control the constant 12v wire.. well that wasnt it. Then on top of that i found that my Doors wont lock unless the car is on from the inside. I looked at the door lock fuse and it looked fine. Do these two things have anything to do with each other??? ANy help will be greatly appreaciated. Any thing i can check? if the car is not on the doors will not lock from the inside. Nor from the Key at any time. So i really need to know if theres anything i can do.. thanks for any help

i know on the early EJ chassis the keyless entry was built into the radio and when you installed an aftermarket radio in the car it came with this crazy bracket that you had to bolt to the frame in the dash and slide the stock radio into it in the dash then put the aftermarket one in there.
