firewall access clarification

I have searched and can not find clarification on firewall power wire access for an 08 Si. The fender access is simply not there on my car, there's a drain tube (definitely not a grommet) of some sort there. I also do not see the spot near the gas pedal.
Help!!!

I saw your post when I searched, but I do not have that plug/hole in that spot. Do I have to drill it? I am about to throw in the towel, I don't have anymore time to give to this.

Drill yourself a hole. Just make sure nothing's on the backside of it.

I got it!! There's a grommet above the one everyone else mentioned. you have to reach into the the upper frame to pull the wire through. It was kind of hard to reach, but it worked!
I'll make an install thread as soon as I'm done.

Installing- (going old school with some of my dad's old amps!)
Eclipse CD5000
Punch 75HD to minty old school Boston Pro components in door
Punch 150HD to JL 10W3V2
AudioControl EQX xover/eq

the plug in the above pic is right around that drain tube, it might be in use if you have fog lights though,
