Take it in and ask.

I would guess probably not, but sometimes you get lucky. I took my Si in for a weird sound under the hood, and they traced it to my aftermarket intake, and fixed it for free.

My rear deck rattled with bass, putting my hand on it or wacking it with my fist stopped the rattling for a second. I switched from my stock deck to an Avic Z2 powered by the stock amp, but after the switch the speakers where getting a lot more power than when the stock deck was in. I also had the bass cranked and listened to my music loud most of the time. I never had any problems with the speakers.

Not saying that you won't, but blowing a stock speaker with the stock amp and stock radio isn't exactly the easiest thing unless the speakers are defective. A blown speaker sounds less like a rattle and more like a scratching noise.
