Bluetooth with OEM Navi?

Is this possible?

I really don't want to buy a bluetooth headset and want to be able to talk on the phone through my car. This is the only feature I wish our cars had.

Let me know if and how this can be done.

yes, do a search. Look for parrot bluetooth. I want to do this as well
