Parts list check up for 8120 buy

About to finally pull the trigger on a 8120 from kenwood as long as there still one when I call back but just need to check and make sure I have everything for the install, so thx guys for the responses ahead of time.

And I want to keep it as plug and play as possible.

Heres the list I made after reading up here:
1. kenwood 8120 comes with bluetooth and regular(not video) ipod hookup
2. hd radio adapter
3. oem dash piece
4. aftermarket kit with dash to get other neccessary parts?(this is where I'm not sure if just buying the wiring harness, kenwood trim ring and oem dash is good enough or do I need the mounts or anything else from these kits?)
some ebay options unless I should go somewhere else
eBay Motors: Car Install Dash Kits Honda Civic SI 06 2006 (Gray) Kit (item 150161706742 end time May-11-08 18:30:25 PDT)
eBay Motors: Honda Civic 2006 2007 06 Gray Radio Dash Kit W/Harness (item 330227548437 end time Apr-18-08 13:38:53 PDT)

5. amp bypass harness or is there an off feature for the headunit amp since the factory one is 5 channel and probably at least as strong?
6. steering wheel adapter
7. then just install?

Can you guys help me figure out what I should buy if I get the oem piece?

Should I just buy the 30 dollar metra kit on ebay and buy the oem dash kit, or buy the oem dash kit and metal brakets then just buy a kenwood trim ring by itself off of ebay along with a harness and also a bypass harness?

but when I get the oem kit, what aftermarket things do I need? Just the trim ring, wiring harness, and by pass harness?

And then oem I would buy the dash peice and the 2 metal brackets?
