Nah, it won't. And if you're really scared, you can always revert back to the original splash screen before you take the car in for warranty work.

Are you asking how to display the clock? You can go to Settings->Clock, and it should display.

A little doctoring of an existing creation made a nice background. Sorry for the low quality picture, but the iPhone is the only camera I've got. Keep in mind any blur in the photo is photo related and not part of the design.
