Speed Wire for Navi Install

I'm trying to install the Avic D3, but i can't seem to find the wire that i need to tap into in order to finish installing the Speed Wire. Any help????

It is right in the harness - pin 14. Check the diagram here:

It was light blue with a silver stripe...
