Help with making a kill switch

I need some help with making a kill switch. I would like create a trigger that would shut off the electric fuel pump or another mechanism so that when someone would try to steal my car, it would be difficult for them to do so without finding the switch and not being able to start the car. Because if they tried to steal my car and i shut the fuel pump off, the car would crank but they wouldnt be able to figure out whats wrong. i Also thought of the possibility of just pulling out the fuse, but that would be such a longer process than just flipping a switch on or off. I have looked at the interior fuse box diagrams and wires that have been posted in here, but i am concerned that even if i create a kill switch for the fuel pump, will there be enough residual gas in the line for the car to start up and drive for a little while and if i make a kill switch for the electric pump, is there the possibility that it will mess up any other functional systems of my car?

If the fuel pump is dead, the car wont start. Pulling the fuse would be the easiest way without having to do anything like running wires, installing a hidden switch. Honestly if someone was to want to steal your car, they'll just tow it.

That doesn't mean people shouldn't protect their cars.
