Any good aftermarket horns out there?

I really don't like the horn on the new Civic.

As I've said before, every time I blow the horn, my sense of masculinity diminishes.

Has anyone installed an aftermarket horn or know of some better sounding horns?

Nothing fancy though, I don't wantto spend too much.

I bought these at Auto Zone (Wolo MODEL 320-2T):
They're loud, easy to install and effective.
114 dB of get the f*ck out of my way goodness.
BTW: I strongly recommend that you create a wiring harness prior to installation. It reduces the installation time and frustration level.

Yeah, that horn sounds too girly for me and I am a female myself. I call my horn the "bitch" horn, lol.

beep beep

I noticed that on my test drive... I am planning on taking the horn out of my 1997 Jetta GLS when I pull the trigger on my EX sedan this summer... The Jetta horn is quite enjoyable. I have also noted in my experience that the early - mid- 80's Chevy Suburban has a good sounding horn... This could work for you if you are chaep (like me) and have a bone yard around.

Need the horn mod!

I need to replace that @#$&^! factory horn! My daughter (yes, I AM an old fart, at least on this board) was driving to work, when the driver in front of her came to a barracade in the road. So he just starts backing up & hits her on the front driver corner. Scratched the bumper, side lens of the headlight & a small crease in the fender.

The guy gets out of the car after she gets out to look at the damage. He tells her she has to move her car because she's in the way. He had no idea he hit her, couldn't hear at all, and probably shouldn't be driving. I'm not sure if he would have heard a truck horn, but the wimpy OEM horn was no match for his deafness.

She was all upset, so she only got his insurance company name & number, no name, no license #, car make/model, etc... So I have no idea how this will go down with the insurance, but I'll probably have to pay the deductable to get this fixed.

I was driving home on the freeway over the weekend when a guy driving a Toyota Highlander nearly cut me off. I noticed him inching towards me when I backed off the gas and hit the horn to let him know I'm right freaking next to him. He still continues on his merry way and cuts across a few more lanes for a late exit. The situation reminded me of this thread and I started to laugh at my own wimpy horn.
