single din conversion RSX pocket?

I'm gathering parts for my single din conversion, using oem parts, has anyone tried the single din oem pocket from the base RSX, it has a door that locks when the car is accelerating, and makes for a really clean install, i used on a type s install in the past and it looks to be exactly the same as single din crv pocket everyone is using....

My guess would be that it would work. If not, you can sell it.
