Need help!

I was installing the ipod cable to my alpine radio and one of the wires made a spark. Cause of that my radio will not turn on now. I checked the radio fuses and they were fine. I aslo checked power going to the radio and theres power. Then I installed the factory radio and no luck either. I also noticed that my power locks dont work and my head lights only turns on when the car is running

I havent checked all the fuses yet. I hope its an easy fix before I take it in to honda.

Check the fuses under the hood and in the dash.

I dont know whats wrong with my car. The car has no power when I take out the key, everything turns off. For example my headlights will not turn on, the car needs to begin running so they can work same for my locks, and interior lights. I just put everything back to stock so I can take it to the dealer. What a headache!
