Like a month ago I bought an Eclipse NAV Head unit to a user of this forum. The unit was supposed to be in perfect conditions and included the bluetooth kit and the steering wheel control interface. All was included.
I finally received the package yesterday and.....SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! Half of the wiring harnesses of the HU are missing.....no GPS antenna, BLUETOOTH KIT broken! F**K I'm pissed! I contacted the seller and he argued that at the audio shop they put everything inside the BOX when uninstalled...yeah sure! So I'm blind now! I cannot do sh*t with the HU without those wires....I mean it is a NAVIGATION unit without the fu**ing GPS antenna!!! DUH!! No preamps outputs either..so NO way to connect to an amp in the way that it is supposed. Here pictures of the SALE of the YEAR! ![]() ![]() Can you see any PREAMP OUTPUT HERE ? F**KKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!! ![]() I am not posting the name of the user because I hope that after all this crap he will give a solution for this. If not....I AM SO POSTING IT!! I feel lucky that the unit itself came with the screen in one part. So poorly wrapped man!! |

I can see somethin like that happening on ebay or something, but not on here. Last time I checked a forum was a bunch of guys with some common interest, who are there to help and inform people by sharing different views and experiences. Not people trying to burn other members. Thats grimey.

If you paid via Pay Pal, you have options to recover your money. (I just went through this with a member on this site who misrepresented the condition of an item I bought - he would not answer my messages at first - then claimed the item was damaged by the shipper *impossible* - then I filed a claim through Pay Pal and he finally decided to refund my money). Baffles me why people still try to pull this stuff!!!

I'm hoping the guy's smart enough to take care of it.
If it's the shop's fault, then why doesn't he still refund your money? What it boils down to is that the item was not in the condition he said it would be in BEFORE it was shipped. No matter who he blames, he shipped it in that condition. It's his responsibility. |

Thats BS. Sorry to hear that man. I know everything I sell on ebay I give a warranty for shipping and all parts as listed. I had a camcorder that I sold that I had for a year and had never used. I thought I had repackaged everything but forgot the remote. The buyer called me and I bought one from the factory and had it drop shipped to her house. It cost me a whopping $15 to rectify the situation. Buyer was extremely pleased that I was willing to rectify and gave me extremely positive feedback.
I hope this person will rectify the situation to keep his status favorable amongst other members. |
