ODB II Device?

I need to find an ODB II Device for my car, i need it needs to be able to hook up to a computer to read the data...

any ideas that work for 06 EX please let me know, this is very important i need right away

kind of.. but i have a CarPC, so i want to buy a device that is made to connect to a desktop or laptop... i dont need a standalone LCD and such, just the interface between car and PC

I read that it is to the right of the steering wheel, just below the cover, close to the center console / radio. By law it has to be 1 meter from the steering wheel and easily accessible.
