07 Civic SI Tweeters in front?

Does the 2007 Honda Civic SI Sedan have tweeters in the front where the windshield meets the dash? I can't really tell if sound is coming from there, but I do see these plastic grills that look like they are there to protect some kind of tweeter.

YES.. all civics LX and up have them

Does the LX have the necessary wiring pre-installed to just add oem tweeters? In other words; will it be plug and play..or will I need to wire them to the front speakers?

Even if it's not prewired, it's CAKE to run wires down thru to the floor. I replaced all the speaker wire in my car including tweeters and that was the easiest part.

Now if you're just trying to do OEM, you may have a bit more to do in terms of soldering and whatnot to the factory harness.

Does the LX come with factory sub, and amp?

I don't know if the LX is wired for tweeters, but the OEM tweeters are crap anyway. Consider replacing your door speakers with some efficient coaxials instead.

Coupe LX Does. Sedan LX does not.

I have a Coupe LX.
