Something is wrong with my CD Player

Hey guys, I have an 07 Si Sedan and there is something wrong with my CD player. I have the Premium Sound System, and everytime i try to insert a CD it doesn't go in. Tried everything, the "CD" button in the middle, eject, everything. Everything else works fine. Just the CD won't go in the slot when i try to insert it. Tried pushin it a little bit.....but the CD gets spit out. Anyone have this same problem or can help me? Thanks.

Well you are saying it won't go in but then you say you push it in but then it gets spit out. Have you tried multiple disks? Try disconnecting the battery for a few mins then reconnecting it in hopes of resetting the deck.

yup already tried to check if there are any other CD's in there. Well not sure about the battery, 'cause i went to my uncle's house and he told me over the phone that he said he was gonna disconnect the battery. I think he did it, not sure.
