Question HELP DECIDE: Valor DTS-603W

Thinking of getting In-Dash DVD Player. I came across this one. Valor DTS-603W on crutchfield.com I want to know the pro's - con's of this system. I don't want a motorized flip out because I think it looks tacky. I'd rather have it flush. Do you think this will fit nicely, possibly look like the in-dash navigation some EX's come with? I'm also looking to have my iPod hooked up as well as XM Sat Radio will this unit be sufficient?

I have 2 Infinity Perfect 10"s in the trunk also.

THE UNIT: $449

THE AFTERMARKET SCORSCHE(sp) KIT: $34.99

I'm not sure if that was me quoted but I had a Valor double din in my wife's element for a year (till we sold the car) and it was fantastic. great picture, easy to use and from what i've heard in audio stores they are a higher quality unit than one would expect for a 'noname' manufacturer.
i'd buy one again without a doubt.

edit: it was me, i just searched it ...
