07 Ex Display Change

Ok, so I've got an 07 Si and my lil sis just bought an 07 ex. I've seen how some of ya'll have changed the audio display to show custom displays (i.e. Display names that you've input yourself like changing the splash on the navi models) but how? I've looked for the link but all I can find is the one where everyone's posted their displays and can't figure out how to change hers.

is it like mine (navi) where it takes a cd?

The regular stereos can be programmed as follows.

turn the stereo off
push and hold the folder button on the right
press the power button on the stereo
you can now use the tuning wheel to change your characters and the arrows to move back and forth

Enjoy!
