Problem w/ OEM stereo (HELP)

yeah i been havin problems with my stereo its been skipping lately but only on mp3 cds and it isn't the cd. and also it's been sayin cd error ALOT i dunno why becuz as soon as the car warms up it doesn't say cd error nor does it skip anymore anyone else have this problem or anyone know what i could do to fix the problem

Is it really cold when it happens?
Have you used a lens cleaning disc in it?

yeah it cold and it happens when it like 40 or below outside but it always happens until the car is up to maybe atlease 4 bars on the heat gauge and yeah i used a lens cleaner i have never had this problem with ANY other stereo
