Question Question for the Car Alarm Pro's

I just bought an AutoPage system with a Motion detector and the way the shop set it up, is that if you walk by the car it immediately sets the alarm off.

My question is, is there a way where the alarm can be set up to give off a chirp to alert people that coming too close would set it off instead of it going immediately off?

I asked the shop that, and he said that it wasnt possible. But im thinking it is.

The install of the alarm was fine, i just need to know if the audible chirp alert is possible.

Well, what im doing now is turning it off during the day. Cause i know nothing is going to happen.

But during the night ill turn it on, and only if i park by the fenced dark area outside my apartments.

But again my question is if we can set the alarm to chirp instead of go off when someone goes next to it. Then go off when someone stays by it.

i dont think thats possible unless you invest in some super expensive radar ****...

i doubt its programmable for anything other then ON/OFF and if it sees something move it'll just start screamin...

Well the thing is i had some hater let the air outta my tire at night one day. And that pissed me off. So im wondering if there is a way to disable the motion sensor during the day and activating it at night. Something along those lines. LOL

Ill most definately do this. This would be ideal for me. If not, then i think im going to have to go with a tilt sensor or a glass breakage sensor.
