Scosche Dash Replacement Kit

I know there are a couple out there already, and some people have been using the OEM Navi plate, but this was just announced, so I thought I'd post it up.

Oxnard, Calif., (August 4, 2006) - Scosche Industries, a leader of mobile electronics aftermarket accessories, today announced it is now shipping its dash replacement installation kit for the 2006 Honda Civic. The unique installation kit enables a complete aftermarket installation for the popular

2006 Honda Civic. The installation kit accommodates either a single ISO with pocket or an ISO Double DIN, offering a complete solution for custom installers.

The installation kit is the first of its kind with two factory matched color options, Atlas Grey (#HA1561DGB) and Earth Taupe (#HA1561ETB) specifically designed for the 2006 Honda Civic. The installation kit replaces the entire factory radio bezel and boasts factory matched contours, factory matched paint and exact dimensions for the single or double DIN configuration.

Made of high strength ABS plastic, the HA1561(DG/ET)B includes attached factory mounting clips for simple installation. Add the matching Scosche harness #HA10B and antenna adapter #HAAB for a seamless aftermarket integration.

The installation kit HA1561(DG/ET)B begins shipping on Friday, August 4 and will be available at specialty retailers across the country for a suggested retail price of $69.95. For more information visit www.scosche.com or call 1-800-363-4490.

The scosche part is not painted to match your interior (the other piece that goes over your guages).

Unfortunately, the Honda piece doesnt match 100% either. I bought the correct color too. However, the paint on the Honda piece looks good as opposed to the Scosch piece. There is a light speckle in the paint on the Honda that does not show on the Scosche.

But don't listen to me tho... I bought the Scosch kit anyways for the trim.

If anyone wants the other piece, I have it. I will sell it cheap.
