Is This a good horn?

I know nothing about horns. Is that a good horn? 118 db..

From what i know (nothing) it seems like a good horn. I dont wanna pay alot

Looks like the set I installed in my sedan. Works reliably and it's loud enough.

If it doesn't play "La Cucaracha" it's no good.

Anything is better then the stock horn.

well...the stock horn is rated 110dB, so I would say 8dB is not a huge improvement over stock. Most decent horns produce ~130ish dB and then anything over 180dB is health hazard (leaves you deaf).
Also in theprice range 20-30$ you can get a nice 130dB high/low duals from Autozone or Pepboys
