Help GPS speed pulse lead

I need to know How or where to find a speed pulse lead wire for a navi HU, I have a test light but not a Volt metor. And where would I find this in cruse control or at the trany? Will a test light pick this up?
Like i said HELP!!!!!

#1, TEST LIGHT BAD!!! Can really screw things up with the computer. Go out and get yourself a voltmeter, you can get them for under $20 and it could save you hundreds.

#2, A test lamp won't show you variations in voltage of a wire, so you'd be hard pressed to find the wire using one. Pulses are often so rapid that you won't see anything but a lit lamp.

Blue wire on the main radio harness. Don't **** with a test light or volt meter, neither will pick it up.
