Use a flat screwdriver and pry the edge next to teh seats back to free the tabs. Move towards the outside of the car ands pry up the outer edge of thegril there. Pull the grill towards the outside of the car to free the long tabs on the inner edge and lift out. The grills are very flexible so you shouldn't have to worry about snapping them.

you can also do it from the trunk..... there are two holes that are located just behind the speakers if you put a screwdriver through them at an angle towards the front of the car you can push up on the bottom of the grill and it pops right out no problem
