Flashpro map to use for my mods?

I have a 2009 Civic Si Sedan. My current mods are Injen SRI, Tsudo 70mm catback, a J35 TB and Flashpro. I have upstairs a Vibrant header w/hfc and a set of RC440 Injectors.

The problem I have is, if I install the header, I'll have to put my stock exhaust back on. (long story, but Tsudo is welded to my stock cat)
The car runs fine right now. But I'm using a map for Injen SRI and stock everything else.

If I install the injectors, and the header/stock exhaust... will my car still run ok? What other base map should I use?

I plan on getting the Tsudo fixed, and back on the car soon. And I also plan on getting an e-tunez etune.

I'm just curious because I wanted to wait till I got the Tsudo back on to get the etunez. And what if my car runs like crap after installing the injectors/header?
I, like most others, need my car everyday, it's my daily driver.

once u throw the headers on with ur stock cat just run a map that has stock exhaust. it shuld run fine. as for injectors u will have to put it in the flashpro and then tune it down for it to idle correctly and then get it tuned for it to run correct and for power. but honestly if ur just running minor mods no need for 440cc yet. just my opinion.
