Stupid question but I got to ask tho

I got a sick etune from Vitviper(dude works wonders) and my car is great, I want to hit the dyno soon and see where I'm at and maybe tune more, but my problem is I have a a header(Vibrant HFC) with a sh**y flexpipe put on my my local exhaust ship(it whistling) I ordered another 1 from Import DPS and also a J35 TBthermo gasket to replace the stock paper 1...

--->> my question is would it be ok to just hot the dyno now or wait to put on the new parts?? I have no leaks ANYWHERE but I feel like i should slap them on just want to make the most of my 1st dyno experience!! Thanks

what i'm saying is that you should not pay for a dyno tune unless you are at the point where you are going to be partswise for a while and not a week/month because every little change effects something. also, unless you are going to be racing your car a lot, there have been threads on here about how dyno tuning after getting an e-tune does not produce enough power over the e-tune for how much it costs. just food for thought before you spend the money and find out you only pulled <5hp out of it.

difference between a dyno tune and eTune??

Update:
I paid for the tune any woo and I made 9 more horsepower from where I was at Thanks to VitViper's help I didn't stay on the dyno too long maybe 2.5 hrs at most.. My topend is massive and even more smoother oh damn my mpg has IMPROVED GREATLY..Now I'm thinking of going s/c so my Vibrant header with HFC has to go :-( Street tune is great for day to day use but for power dyno is good I can honstley say I have the best of both worlds at my hands
