My computer is about to

My laptop is on it's way out the door. I loaded the flashpro disk onto my new laptop but when I plugged in the flashpro, the laptop recognizes that I have it plugged in but the software doesn't show that I have anything plugged in. Please help

You probably have to download the drivers, that's what I had to do, I believe if you go to their website you can download it off there or atleast they have a tutorial

When it said found new hardware did u install the drivers and navigate to the flashpro folder? What Operating system u using?

I downloaded the driver and It got half way through then it said waiting and stopped. And I'm using windows.
