I am glad to have an '06 Si WITHOUT VSA. Why not make it a complete granny car and add traction control? Hell, let's make the neutral rev limiter 3000 RPM. Jeez, don't they get it? We bought this car to have fun; if I wanted VSA I'd buy an odyssey.

![]() What happens if you're driving through snow or ice and someone cuts you off and you find yourself sliding a bit? I like having VSA for when I need it, and being able to turn it off for when I don't want it. |

Sour grapes, mate? Big deal, its the same car in my eyes. Besides, VSA appears to be fully defeatable.

well i have a nbp 07 coupe si and im always turninig it off! but when its raining out its so great! as soon as there is a lilttle bit of a lose in traction it kicks right in and doent bog me down or keep spinning so i can get in front of the grandparents that drive 20mph under the speed limit when its raining! also im pretty sure but ill have to check again but where that picture shows the vsa button is located must be a sedan cause i think there is only 2 buttons! well 1 is the vsa and the other is just a reserve! man what are you guys complaining about the car has vsa now? seems as you all are jealous or something! its not like it slows you down or anything it only helps the civic perform better in all weather conditions! besides that im runing a 14.598 down the 1/4! and theres only 1 person on this forum that has matched or beat my time with a 06! seems as the 07 has improved or you guys and girls just like to talk smack but cant back it up! you all sound worse then a women that can tell that shes getting old when she looks in the mirror! is that what you see in your car? damn!!!! stop complaining that they made changed to the 07 si!

Vehicle stabilty assistance has nothing to do with acceleration does it? Thought that was the LSD was for.
It may prove helpful (VSA) in slippery conditions, applying BRAKES, but how would that make you faster? http://world.honda.com/news/1997/t970702d.html It may be helpful in a watered down road, or snow. But who races in snow? Last edited by si_civic; 10-24-2006 at 01:33 AM. |
