Everything aligned just great. It may have had issues during original release but they must have fixed it after getting the reviews.

I think it's more a case of a certain percent just don't line up correctly. The one that didn't fit was bought a while after the release of the Alpha. I'm glad you didn't have any problems though!

Thanks i'm glad mine was problem free!
I also have the Sk2 Pro-C coils that when u look back there was also reports of fitment issues when they were originally released but now mine are great and issue free.

I was debating between alpha and mega power headers a while back. I ended up getting the Skunk 2 alpha for $380, and all i can say is i made a good decision and ended up saving about $300+. I had no fitment issues no no leaks, just good happy power made. You just need to extend the o2 sensor but you have to do that any way for the mega power, and you need swap out the bolts.

has anyone considered buying the alpha and getting it welded. is it possible? could it save money over just buying the mega to start with?
