boredom + vinyl + wife's jetta

my wife's got a jetta which ive already debadged (looks way better that way imo). it still needed something though, so i decided to mess with the emblem a bit....
before pic:

i popped the chrome emblem and wrapped the black base with silver vinyl.

and this is what i ended up with....it looks pretty good, if i do say so myself.

what do you guys think?

ill take some pics from further away. just got the close up one because i put it on in our parking structure and pics from further away than two feet come out real dark.

thanks drnknbndr! thats pretty much how it looks. i think it looks pretty nice to have the background of the emblem matching the paint rather than just having it black.
