Does anyone have any suggestions that don't include a gazzillion dollars worth of mods. FI is out of the question right now. I'm on the starving college student budget.

I don't know for sure all that you have done to your car, so this may already be done: upgrade sound system?

i feel the same way... it's been 1 year and im tired of my civic as well... im currently trying to sell it in the autotrader in san antonio for my payoff... i loved it and enjoyed modding it but im just tired of it.. it gets so many looks even for a r18 but its time to move on... whoever buys it for payoff is going to get about 3500 in extras...time to move into a 2004-2006 s2k and start a project with that... i think it's a better project car then a si... imo...bye bye 8th gen...

I haven't driven my car in 3 days. I was stealing the Volvo again.

No interest. I just got rid of my Pioneer Navigation to go back to stock.

I think I'm finished with Modding period. Wheels, tint and maybe an exhaust will be the extent of mods on my next car.

If you get a car similar to the ones you have been looking at that is all you need really. Tint is a must IMO not for looks, but to help cut down glare and protect the interior. When you buy a 35k+ car you want that thing to look new for a while.....

If I get a G8 GT, that thing is getting an exhaust and wheels. It's the only car on my list that will because the GM gurgle is just best amplified and I hate Pontiac's choice of wheels on that car. Infinity, Acura, Lexus = love the wheels. Audi and BMW= depends on what the upgrade wheels look like.

BMW has a mixed bag. Some look great, some look pretty bad. Just don't get 'upgraded' OEMs from BMW, the price is staggering!

That said, you can probably find a place that sells them much cheaper than the 'list' price. Same thing with the Lexus upgraded wheels. About half price through a few of the online dealers.

This is a drag town. I think Autocross is too much. Plus most people own camaros and mustangs here. Not exactly great autocross ars. lol. I'd probably hve to drive at least 4 hours for autocross.
