aggressive maintenance schedule

Does anyone know where I can find Honda's recommended maintenance schedule (07 LX)? The reason I ask is my dealer has a RIDICULOUS maintenance schedule and there is no way I am following it. I was planning on just doing my own oil changes and tire rotations and taking it in at 30,000 and 60,000 miles.

They gave me 2 free oil changes when I bought the car, so of course I used them. The first one was fine.

The second time I brought it in they said I was due for my "7500 mile maintenance" (I had 10,000 miles) At first I was like wtf 7500 mile maintenance, but then I thought well whatever its a new car blah blah blah so I paid 90 bucks for them to do who knows what.

Now I'm a little over 16,000 miles and according to my maintenance minder thing it's time for another oil change. I was having a hard time deciding if I should just do it myself or if I should trade a few extra bucks for the convenience of just having them do it. Wellllll when I called them they made up my mind for me; I think I will be doing it myself from now on. Apparently I am late for my "15,000 mile maintenance" which is $230. Sorry for the long post, I'll end it with this just to piss everyone off. One of this things that is included in the "15,000 mile maintenance"......... adjust the valves............ at 15,000 miles....... you read it right

So yeah.... what do YOU guys do as far as maintenance?

Air filter, cabin filter, oil change/filter, rotate tires, check fluids.

The minor maintenances at dealers, the ones inbetween real services are just overpriced oil changes. They change the oil, rotate the tires, and just check all your fluids, for too much money.

Here's a dealership's recommended maintenance schedule.

Maintenance Schedule and Pricing Menu

I basically follow that. But, I don't let the dealer do most of the maintenance. I do it myself. To change my two air filters and the windshield wipers, the dealership wanted to charge me nearly $250. I bought all the parts myself from College Hills, and even after shipping, I spent less than $50. Changing all those parts takes less than half an hour.
